I recently discovered that when we moved last summer, somehow our ornaments did not move with us. Most of them were just generic bulbs, but what about the special ornaments we would choose every year since Violet was born? The ornaments Violet had made at school each year? The traditional Christmas pickle? The traditional seven Solstice skeletons? It was a little heartbreaking.
This past weekend we took a trip to the French Quarter to search for some replacements.
We went to a store called Santa’s Quarters to pick a couple of new things to start us off. As you can see, there was much to choose from.
